The portal is not intended for emergency services or urgent security matters.

Accuracy of Information

Users must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when submitting messages or uploading documents. False, misleading, or impersonated submissions may be rejected and may attract legal consequences where applicable.

Appropriate Use

Users agree not to:

• Submit defamatory, abusive, threatening, or unlawful content
• Upload malicious files or harmful software
• Use the platform for political propaganda or commercial advertising
• Impersonate another individual or organization

The Office of the Governor reserves the right to moderate, reject, or remove inappropriate submissions.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All submissions are handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Personal information provided through this portal will be used strictly for official processing and response purposes.

While reasonable security measures are in place, users are advised not to submit highly sensitive classified information through this channel.

Review & Response

All messages are digitally logged and routed through the appropriate administrative process. Submission does not guarantee immediate response or direct personal reply from the Governor. Matters may be assigned to relevant Ministries, Departments, or Agencies (MDAs) for proper handling.

Users may upload letters in approved formats (e.g., PDF or JPEG). Uploaded documents must be clear, legible, and free from malicious code.

Limitation of Liability
